By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false or misleading compliance information
• Impersonate a certified fire safety professional
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorised users
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent compliance certificates

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all Content you upload. You grant us a licence to use, store, and process your Content to provide the Service.

6.2 Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered. PYROCOMPLY does not verify the accuracy of building or inspection data.

6.3 Data Export

You may export your data at any time via the platform. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with compliance analysis and report generation:

• AI outputs are provided as guidance, not as legal or professional advice
• AI recommendations must be reviewed by qualified professionals
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Final compliance decisions remain your responsibility

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• AI-generated recommendations will be accurate or complete
• The Service will ensure regulatory compliance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for regulatory penalties resulting from your non-compliance
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations

You agree to indemnify and hold PYROCOMPLY harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• False or misleading compliance data you submit

11. Professional Responsibility

The Service is a tool to assist fire safety professionals. It does not replace:

• Professional fire risk assessments
• Physical building inspections
• Expert judgement of certified inspectors
• Official regulatory guidance

Users remain responsible for all professional decisions and compliance obligations.

PYROCOMPLY retains all rights in the Service, including:

• Software and source code
• AI models and algorithms
• Trademarks and branding
• Documentation and training materials

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• We are required to do so by law
• Your use poses a security risk

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
